By accessing or using the Indra's Flash website (iflash.in), EV charging infrastructure, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Indra's Flash, located at Indrasflash, NH65, Beside Warangal Highway Flyover, Nakrekal, Telangana – 508211.
In these Terms, "Indra's Flash," "we," "our," and "us" refer to the company operating the EV charging hub and website. "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services. The term "Charging Station" refers to our physical EV charging infrastructure located on NH65, and "Services" encompasses EV charging, website access, amenities, and all related offerings.
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driving licence to use our EV charging services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Service Availability: Our charging station operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, power outages, natural disasters).
Charging Compatibility: Our chargers support CCS2 and CHAdeMO connectors. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their vehicle is compatible with our charging equipment before initiating a session.
Charging Rates: Current charging rates start at ₹17/kWh (excluding GST). Prices are subject to change based on electricity tariff revisions, government regulations, and operational costs. Updated pricing will always be displayed at the station and on our website.
Charging Session: Users must remain with or near their vehicle during the charging process. Indra's Flash is not responsible for any damage to vehicles left unattended. Users must disconnect and vacate the charging bay promptly after their session completes.
Idle Fees: We reserve the right to impose idle fees on vehicles that remain connected to a charger after the charging session has completed, blocking access for other users. Idle fee rates, if applicable, will be clearly posted at the station.
All charges are payable at the time of service via accepted payment methods, including UPI, debit and credit cards, mobile wallets, or cash where available. Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Fleet and business accounts may be invoiced separately based on agreed partnership terms. Please note that we are not responsible for failed transactions due to bank, payment gateway, or network issues.
While using our facilities and Services, you agree to operate your vehicle safely within the premises, following all posted speed limits and signage, and to use charging equipment only as intended in accordance with all posted instructions. You must not tamper with, damage, or vandalise any charging equipment, electrical infrastructure, or property, and you must not use our facilities for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. You are responsible for supervising any children accompanying you while on the premises. You agree to comply with instructions from Indra's Flash staff at all times, to park only in designated areas without blocking charging bays when not actively charging, and to dispose of waste in designated bins and maintain cleanliness.
We provide various amenities including an air-conditioned lounge, gaming zone, children's play area, washrooms, kiosk store, and Wi-Fi. These amenities are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any amenity at any time without prior notice. Use of all amenities is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indra's Flash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, personal property, or data resulting from the use of our charging infrastructure, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific charging session giving rise to the claim. Furthermore, we are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in service caused by power grid issues, equipment malfunction, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, and design elements, is the property of Indra's Flash or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content without our prior written consent.
The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up-to-date, but make no warranties of completeness or accuracy. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access our website in a manner that places undue burden on our servers. We reserve the right to block or restrict access to our website at our discretion.
Our Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, mapping services, charging network aggregators). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indra's Flash, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or ban any user from our premises and Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, property damage, or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nalgonda, Telangana, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
